I would like to thank Tanya for all her support during the plan. During this 12 week period I have lost inches which is of course great, but the surprising outcome for me is that I feel so much fitter and stronger and able to do workouts that I would never have dreamed I could do 12 weeks ago.
I started the plan by saying to Tanya that I “hated HIIT workouts”. This was completely true. However, I can honestly now say that I love them. I think the problem before was that when I did a HIIT workout, it wasn’t tailored for me and so it was normally too hard which just left me wanting to give up and then feeling disappointed when I did so! Having HIITS tailored for me and increasing in intensity over the plan has worked a treat as I have been able to see an improvement in my fitness, I’ve enjoyed smashing HIIT sessions and seen a drop in inches too. I would recommend Tan’s service for anyone who would like to improve their fitness and tone up and for someone who would like a truly tailored service from someone who is motivating, friendly and who listens and does not adopt a “one size fits all model”. During this 12 week period, personally I experienced a variety of issues that would normally have stopped a fitness regime in its tracks – a car accident, illness in the family and a stupidly heavy workload at work. Notwithstanding this, I was able to keep going with the plan which is testament to the fact that it really does fit in with “normal life”. Tan, thank you for all your hard work and support!!!
