What can I expect?

You’ll complete your initial support plan which will cover everything from your current eating habits, exercise, motivation and even sleep. You choose the things you want to monitor – it’s your plan. This makes sure we cover every single base to ensure you stay on track from day one to reach your goal. Now I can start formulating your own tailor-made work out and nutrition plan.

You receive your plan, if you’re happy, we get cracking.

We review your support plan through a Skype coaching session to ensure we are both happy with your progress and make necessary changes to keep up your motivation and keep you on track.

Here we will review your 4 week support plan together during our coaching session to see how you are progressing and make any changes that are required. We will look at the things you chose to track in your initial support plan to ensure we are putting the right foot forward.

As in week 4, we review your support plan again to ensure you are still on track and what changes we need to make in order for you to keep moving forward.
